一般鋼、ステンレス、アルミ、高張力鋼の切断に適したレーザー切断機です。特に自動車のドアービームやシャーシークロスメンバー、建設用足場管などの高張力鋼にその威力を発揮します。
SOCO SLT-RoundCut-100 はパイプ切断における最先短技術を皆様にお届けします。バンドルローダーマガジンをを標準装備し、切断長さ2m,3m,4.5m取り出し装置をご用意しました。
・特にドアービーム、シャーシークロスメンバー、足場管など高張力鋼の切断に最適
・トップカット、クロップエンド両管端を切断製品と自動選別
・安全性を重視した安全カバーと低騒音設計
・機械配置に応じ供給マガジンは左右どちらにも設置可能
・最大外径101.6mm までの丸管対応、切断長さは最大2M、3,M、4.5M から選択
・推奨切断条件を自動画像表示するタッチパネル、３−５分でサイズ替え可能
・SOCO's i2® (Intelligent Interface)制御システムとタッチパネルによりSLT-RoundCutは異なる材質、異なるサイズや長さへの切り替えにも切断精度とともに汎用性を兼ね備えています
・標準レーザー光源は1kW オプションで2kW を用意
・標準で6.5 mバンドルローダーマガジン(MB6)を用意、オプションで 8.5 Mと12.5 M を用意
・1 又は2個のデジタル長さ表示付きメカストッパー（2個はオプション）

You can also customize alarms for machine maintenance and stoppage, have a detailed list of maintenance items by type and frequency, and access maintenance records by user and time.
