OD 80 mm capacity

• Fully automatic tube cutting cell. 
• All Servo Driven (10 Axis) for automatic adjustment between sizes, files and parameters to minimize setup time and operational hazards (*).
• Maximum O.D. up to OD 80 mm (3”) and Minimum OD as small as 12 mm (1/2”). 
• Wall thickness up to 4 mm (1/6”) in Mild Steel and 2 mm (1/10”) in Stainless Steel and Aluminum (1.5kW).
• 6 Meters Bundle Loader with automatic tube OD setup. Suitable for mild steel, stainless, aluminum and various traditionally hard to cut materials.
• Set up for Air Cutting (Standard) or Oxygen and Nitrogen cutting (Optional).
• Used for cutting various types tube shapes, such as: Round、Square、Rectangular and Flat Oval Tubes.
• Typical Working Processes include: Cutting、Angle Cutting、Notching、Hole Making、Slotting、Tabbing
• Working Steps and Performance : Loading + Feeding and Rotation + Cutting + Unloading.
