SR series: 6 - 8 Electric Axes + 1D Radius Booster Bending + 2C Cutoff
SOCO introduces the most advanced and complete line of Booster Benders for the automotive industry.  With machines ranging from OD 63.5 mm to 168 mm, this line of booster benders fulfills all the needs for the manufacturing of exhaust systems in cars, motorcycles, trucks, and buses.

 

PT series: 5 - 11 Electric Axes + 1D Radius Booster Bending + Wall Thinning Control + 2C Cutoff
This line of Booster Benders is especially used in the production of manifolds and converter inlet pipes within the automotive exhaust system, where the wall thinning ratio must be controlled to ensure that the pipes can withstand high pressure.

2C - SOCO DBS System
  • The Double Blades Shearing System allows automation in bending and cutting processes in one machine, from a single tube
  • This system creates the least amount of cutting deformation, enabling the finished part to be immediately used for a subsequent process without having to calibrate or deburr it
  • The software allows to program up to 4 different parts on the same stock material, maximizing utilization of the complete tube.
